研发工程经理
As an Engineering Manager, you have to lead a development team consisting of hardware, software, design and develop power electronics products.
Responsibilities
- Manage R&D teams to initiate, develop new technologies and innovative power electronic products.
- The innovation of new concepts, designs, and new products, which may include the use of new and improved processes and new technologies
- Design product system architecture and detailed product specifications based on market intelligence
- Provide technical support to the project teams and leads and engineers to plan and execute tasks
- Ensure that all cross-functional team members have appropriate product and technical requirements, direction, and knowledge to design and deliver products effectively
- Experience in both software and hardware design is an advantage
- Expertise in the following areas: Power Electronics 1KW – 10KW conversion; high-power density electronics; energy storage; alternative power generation is preferable.
- Support project management to cross-functional activity required for project execution
- Report on engineering activities regularly to the Senior Management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the relevant Key Performance Indicators
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree or higher in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- 10 years of experiences in managing product development projects, with good project management skills
- Good command of spoken and written English , Cantonese and Putonghua
- Outgoing personality, initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience in leading an engineering function (preferably in a similar category) with a proven track record in engineering leadership, completing effective engineering projects, R&D processes and supplier management.
- Knowledge of semiconductor devices and their application to large power converters, including cooling, losses, switching characteristics and implications
- Knowledge of feedback control and stability.
- Control expertise and digital implementation for power converters controls
- Excellent capability in circuitry design, research and development.
- Familiar with US & European market and safety/EMC requirements
- Ability to resolve issues from manufacturing and support failure analysis
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

- Design and develop power electronics products, including AC/DC, DC/DC converters, Chargers, DC/AC, inverters, EMI filters, and bus bar design.
- Materials knowledge and balance between cost-saving and project quality
- Support project management to cross-functional activity required for project execution
- Report on engineering activities regularly to the Senior Management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
- University graduate in Electronic Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of experiences in product development projects, with good project management skills
- Less qualified will be considered as Assistant Electronics Engineer
- Strong understanding of power electronics topologies.
- Experience with power semiconductor selection (Si/SiC/GaN MOSFET’s, Diodes), gate drive, and protection circuit design.
- Good experience with design analog/digital circuits and microprocessors.
- Familiar with schematic capture and power converter circuit simulation tools.
- Familiar with US & European market and safety/EMC requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Outgoing personality, experiences in people communication.
- Initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills

Experience in both software and hardware design is an advantage
Responsible for research, design, analysis and evaluation of firmware, software development, in conjunction with hardware product development.
This person will have Embedded Software Engineering experience for a variety of microcontrollers and interfaces to architect, implement, integrate, and test on and off-board between both hardware and software to support new product development.
Work closely with the hardware engineering team to debug/integrate the software with hardware
Support project management to cross-functional activity required for project execution
Report on engineering activities regularly to the Senior Management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering)
3-4 years of experiences in managing product development projects, with good project management skills
Experience working with ARM-based microcontrollers.
Strong knowledge in C language.
Knowledge of MCU peripherals such as I2C, I2S, SPI, QSPI, UART, USB, ADC, PWM, and DMA.
Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of power electronics, conversion, and controls design
Good command of spoken and written English , Cantonese and Putonghua
